Kettle bell training

Kettlebell training is the new exciting way to train! With the kettlebell’s centre mass of gravity  away from the handle its creates constant force against any movement you produce which makes it unique to your traditional dumbbell or barbell.

 

Kettlebells are fun, effectic and produce amazing results.  They are great for losing weight, strength and conditioning, grip strength and co-ordination to mention a few!
