Group training is a great way to keep fit and adds variation to your current activities.  Adam provides fun, dynamic sessions and never does the same thing twice to keep you and your body guessing.  This will maximize results, keep you interested and keep you coming back for more!

Below is the group training activities that Adam teaches throughout the week. The classes are held at the Hart Leisure Centre , Fleet, Hitches Lane and cost £4.50 per session 

Monday - Aerobiking 7pm till 8pm

For the casual cyclist to weekend warrior or for the more serious athlete this session will benefit anyone wanting to improve their cycling fitness,  lose weight or just want a damn good blast out after the weekend.  

Wednesday - Super Circuits 6pm till 7pm

Similar to the above but on a much larger scale  this class has you buzzing off each others energy making you want to go that little bit harder on each exercise.  Great place to meet new faces whilst getting a first class workout at the same time.

Thursday - Kettlebells 8.15pm till 9pm

Kettles are the new way to train and offer so many benefits from toning to core conditioning.  These dynamic bells that you can swing , throw and balance on give your body a total workout! There really isn't too many other bits of equipment out there that work your body like kettbells do. 

Saturday - Boot Camp Circuits 8.00am till 9.00am

Want something completely different? Want to work in a team and bounce of each others energy?  Then Boot Camp Circuits is for you!  Its a all out action packed session making the most of the all the great ways to train.  you will do stuff you never thought you could do.  Your body and mind will be tested to the max but once you have tried  it,you will be hooked...Their is no better way to start your weekend.
