Adam is an experienced personal trainer and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry.
With the training he initially completed to qualify as a personal trainer, Adam continues to research the industry he is passionate about. Learning all the functions of the human body takes him head and shoulders above average personal trainers in the UK. He will design a programme specifically for you and your individual set of needs, and offer all the support and guidance necessary for you to excel. He will simply will not let you stop until you have achieved your goals....and have some fun along the way....!
Adam believes that , ‘’.....Nothing is more important than your Health, is there? That’s the question I ask to alot of people these days. Even the Chief Medical Officer of the NHS is asking the same question. Can we do more exercise in our daily lives? Well the simple answer is Yes we can, but the hard part is getting and staying motivated.
That’s where I come in as your personal trainer. Breaking down those barriers and helping motivate you to get that training session your body and mind needs. I offer a bespoke training program to work around your busy lifestyle and help you reach your goals.

· YMCA Sports Conditioning Certified Level 3
· FIE Kettle Bell Instructor
· REPS certified and insured

Adam Moore is a GB Age-Goup Triathlete and Personal Trainer based in Fleet, Hampshire. He is an established Personal Trainer and Triathlete, having competed at the 2009 World Championships in Australia and countless races across Europe and the Middle East.
2010 has been a fantastic year for Adam, excelling at the Blenheim Traithlon with a second placed podium finish. Alongside this, Adam finished 16th in the inaugral International Abu Dhabi Triathlon. He has also branched out into Independent Personal Training, boasting an already impressive client list that includes Wycombe Wanderers Youth Football Team, and professional cyclist Gen Whitson.
Coming from a sporting background, Adam has been active since an early age, having competed at county level in many different disciplines, including Football and Badminton. He played Semi-Professional Football for 3 years before turning his hand to Running and Triathlons.
Adam began Personal Training after discovering the importance of helping people with their health and fitness. His passion stemmed from his desire to help people lead a healthier lifestyle, and seeing continual improvement in all aspects of his clients quality of life. His quest and thirst for knowledge is evident through constant research in new and improved training techniques, theoretical development and practical improvement.
Starting 4 years ago Adam has seen year on year improvement and is now looking to become a professional Triathlete. With a great team around him, Adam feels he can reach his full potential. Adam is looking forward to more great achievements.
